For character designing contest. Because character designing contests are so much fun!

I haven't cell shaded a picture in forever~ ^^' its a lot more time consuming than I remember it being. Can't say I mind how she came out though. I do realize she has some anatomy issues~ heck so do I. But my anatomy issues have to do with the two midterms next week - and that is completely off topic (and I'm sure you guys don't want to listen to me whine yet again.)

The idea of the contest was to design a character for Aurion Skies~ they could be either a sky pirate - or someone from the anti-piracy unit of the military. While I had full intentions of designing a sky pirate, well you can probably guess that I subconsciously changed my mind. (Hence the flag in the back - sorry about the generic red flag - but I have no idea what the military flag is supposed to look like... I probably should have done some more research shouldn't I?)

Hmmm ~ I don't know if we were supposed to give them a personality~ so I will - and feel free to completely abolish it if it doesn't work.

Meillane's a member of the anti-piracy unit. Talented, but not obedient. She likes to do things her own way and according to what she feels is right, even if that means not following orders, or letting the pirates get away. She's very blunt and direct~ and will tell you what she thinks. Otherwise she's pretty laid back - some would call her lazy, others know better.
